Benton man jailed following traffic stop

A Benton man was arrested Tuesday following a traffic stop.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 37-year-old Brandon Kellett was pulled over for traffic vioations on Main Street in Benton.

Kellett was found to be operating the motor vehicle under the influence while having a minor child unrestrained in the vehicle.

Kellett was charged with wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of substances, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and several traffic offenses.
